Are they kidding? My clients would shoot me if all they lost was 1lb. every week.
Using correct nutrition and hydration, most people start by losing 1lb. every day, then cycle into 1lb. every 2-3 days after the first few weeks.
Why use hack drugs with untold side effects?
Just stop eating CRAP (continually reducing attitude & performance) foods.
Is Your Weight Really From Fat?
Listen Weight Loss Industry advertising and you might believe you’re heavy because your fat.
Maybe. Maybe not.
Best to consider the primary sources of weight.
- Water Retention
- Fat Accumulations
- Non-Fat Accumulations
Here’s how each of these work and how best to reverse them
Water is your friend. If you’re retaining water the best way you can damage your organs and overall health forever is to take Weight Loss drugs.
Why? Because if you’re retaining water, Weight Loss drugs will make you retain more.
Here’s how this works.
If you ingest anything toxic – burnt carcass (meat), dairy, processed foods, soda, drugs, etc. – your body goes into emergency detox mode.
Depending on level of toxicity and type of material – solid or fluid – your body will choose the best detox pathway. Any toxic substance which begins as liquid or can be dissolved in liquid, will prioritize to be expelled through your urinary tract.
This requires water for two purposes. One, enough water to dilute the toxic sludge enough to keep you alive and unharmed, till your kidneys can process these fluids so they can be urinated (expelled). Two, enough water to move these substances through you.
Imagine a person living on soda and dairy (quasi-liquid) taking either drugs for weight loss or to reduce water retention.
In the case of weight loss drugs, they’ll just retain more water to protect against the weight loss drug toxicity.
In the case of water retention drugs, they’ll expel water and chance of organ damage increases.
Both are flat out crazy.
Just stop eating CRAP foods!
Fat is simple and provides one of two functions.
One, Fat might just be stored energy. Fat is like gasoline in your car’s fuel take. A reserve of potential energy. In this case, get moving! Exercise, dance, walk. Take action. Turn your fuel reserve into a useful contribution to our world.
Two, Fat may be saving your life. If you’re eating CRAP food… more CRAP food in your mouth than you can eliminate quickly. In this case, your body will wrap toxins in Fat and store this sludge. This is meant to be temporary storage. Your body hopes you’ll stop eating CRAP and switch to Real Food, so your body can un-wrap Fat from around these toxins and eliminate them.
If you keep eating CRAP, the CRAP gets wrapped in Fat and stored… forever…
If you’re crazy enough to take some fat melting drug or even crazier to do some kind of water fasting or juice feasting… be prepared to feel the pain.
Avoid crazy. Avoid CRAP foods and fluids. Just eat nutritious Real Food and drink lots of Pure Water.
Non-Fat Material Accumulations
This gets even trickier.
Some people are carrying huge amounts of weight in plaque build up in their arteries, biofilms (which wrap nanobacteria hives), parasites, fungus, fibroid material and tumors.
Appetizing just to think about these?
A common thread in all these is mucoid (sticky) plaque which binds these structures and critters to your tissue. Imagine taking some crazy fat melter like Lipitrol.
Statin (Lipitrol) drugs work by dissolving cholesterol based plague. Sounds good health right?
Wrong! This crack science is a good way to end up in pain or dead.
Cholesterol is your friend. Think of cholesterol as liquid band-aide material.
If you’re eating CRAP food, then another perk you get to enjoy is your body filled with micro abrasions. These are small breaks and ruptures which occur when acid material comes in contact with your tissue.
CRAP food spikes your pH acids and can create entire webs of tissue ruptures. Left alone, these ruptures would leak fluids and you’d sink just like a ship with sprung leaks.
Cholesterol to the rescue. Cholesterol packs into these ruptures and like the little Dutch Boy sticking his hand in the hole in the Dike… keeps you from drowning internally.
Well… Unless you’re so foolish to take Statin drugs.
Then your Cholesterol melts. Your Cholesterol “numbers” go down and you appear to lose weight.
Listen to your quack doctor and all will seem well… until you end up in the hospital or pushing up daisy.
Weight or Inches? What’s Best to Lose?
Here’s the thing.
Focus on weight and you might as well eat your gun.
First thing I tell my Weight Loss clients – “Throw out your scale, it will only confuse you”.
First, you’re after losing inches, rather than weight.
Inches tell the true tale. Tracking weight is of no value at all.
Second, once you’re healthy you’ll gain weight. That’s right.
Imagine a house build out of cardboard (CRAP Food). Imagine the same house build out of granite or titanium (Real Food).
Both houses have the same dimensions and the house build from Real Food will weigh more.
With your body, this gets even odder to track.
Because in the beginning you’ll tend to gain inches and weight, as your body retains water to help get rid of accumulated CRAP.
As this process completes, you’ll drop inches and weight.
Then at some point your inches will stabilize and weight will increase. This is when your body begins regenerating tissue and bone from Real Food. This increases bone/tissue/muscle density and weight.
Wrapping Up – How do Keep Clear of the Crazy
