Alright Lindsay, all I can say is from one woman to another, you look great! Even your before picture looked good, you are definitely a pretty young woman.
So now that we got the flattery out of the way – let’s get right into it!
Lindsay KILLS IT in this video in my opinion. / At the 30 day mark of her doing P90X she was already making some great progress, losing 10 pounds and several inches off her body, way to go.
By day 60 she was really leaning up but still maintained super nice curves in all the right places.
I think that is something important to note for us women out there. Often when women just lose weight by dieting or popping some diet pill and not exercising we are not building up any lean muscle.
The lean muscle is what gives us the “toned look” that you see on celebrities and supermodels – it is because they all do weight training (strength training). Have you seen those girls that are super skinny but they have no muscle tone? It isn’t really all that attractive when you put them side side with someone like Lindsay at day 90 of her P90X 90 day challenge.
So in short, this TOTALLY worked for Lindsay, granted she had some really good “stuff” to start with and I think was absolutely beautiful from day one, she really nailed it and after 90 days looks stunning!
So way to go Lindsay, and remember I’m always in your corner, keep it up!
