Lots of people have tried to lose weight with Lipozene, I am sure you have seen the video’s right? The ones where the people in them have lost all kinds of weight and haven’t really done ANYTHING different.
Well, we also know that in order to really lose weight it requires a lifestyle change. Not just a “short term” change, but a change in the way that you live your life.
If you think about it, it makes perfect sense. The “system” you are running right now in your life which consists of what you eat, what you do for exercise (if you even do any) as well as all the other “habits” and rituals you have in place have given you the results that you have RIGHT now.
Yes… you got it, the ice cream you have a 10PM every night while you are watching re-runs of “Friends” (I know, I still watch those from time to time…) is part of your “system”.
It is directly responsible for getting you the results you have in your life right now.
So now that we know that, what do you do from here???
Well, the first thing to do is to start making changes to “the system”. Identify the things you are doing that you are consciously aware of and slowly start to change them, even if it is just one at a time.
The long term effect is going to be a different outcome because you now have a different system in place.
It is another way of saying “garbage in, garbage out” which we have all heard many times before. The same goes for your life and for your system.
If your system is full of “negative impacting” parts, then change those to “positive impacting” parts and you will get a much better output…
In this case it will be less calories, more activity, better quality foods and the output will be a slimmer, happier, better looking / feeling and more attractive YOU!
Now that I got that little “Fix Your System” rant out of the way, let’s get back to Kassie.
Kassie, go get it! I’m super excited for you to start this weight loss journey! You mentioned you want to lose 100 pounds and are going to take Lipozene to help you get there.
That is awesome… I am totally looking forward to follow up videos (and some pictures) as you start to see results and are willing to share your success.
Here is the one KEY element that I think is going to get you there where possibly others have failed. You are adding an exercise element!
I know, makes perfect sense right, but so many people get it all wrong. They simply don’t do any exercise at all!
Losing weight is really pretty simple, calories in – calories out… if it is a positive number, you gain weight, if negative you lose it!
Adding Zumba is a great way to exercise, burn more calories and put the “net calorie” number DEEP in the negative.
Plus Zumba is LOTS of fun, you will be with a group of super fun girls (on occasion a guy shows up to my Zumba class, most of them don’t last long though lol) and I bet if you are just nice and introduce yourself you can make a new group of friends while you are at it.
Besides… Zumba friends are way fun and those friendships will keep you locked into your exercise program. They will HELP you stick to your new system.
So Kassie, I’m super happy to hear about you starting Zumba and I think adding this will help you get great results!
Best of luck to you and get ready for all the attention once your start slimming down and shaking those hips on the dance floor! Nothing drives the guys crazier than a latin beat and a curvy woman who knows how to work it!
