Are You Counting Calories or Nutrients?

Key 6: Eat for nutrients and calories take care of themselves.

Remember Key #1: You know you’re nourished by the number of hours you forget to eat. Which relates to eating nutrient dense food, rather than calorie dense food.

Two Primary Stages of Life

Maturation is the first stage of life. Where you’re rapidly adding bone and tissue mass. During Maturation you’re calorie intake will be higher and your calories will be convert into mass.

Maintenance is the second stage of life. After you’ve put on your mass, you’re calorie requirements drop considerable. If you eat the same during Maintenance as you did during Maturation, mass will push outward (belly, thighs, etc.) rather than up (height).

Food Metabolism

Metabolism simply means a collection of related chemical systems and processes.

Each food you eat, fluid you drink, gas you breath requires a specific metabolism to process digest (break down into nutrient components) assimilate (use in cells) and eliminate (waste).

All substances you ingest produce three primary components:

  1. Energy components either add to or drain short term energy.
  2. Longevity components either accelerate aging or youthing.
  3. Metabolites are waste products, exhaust produced by your digestive machinery.

Vegan Raw Food Diet Defined

Vegan simply means no animal products – flesh, fish or fowl. Also no derivative products, as in milk or cheese. This includes hidden animal products. For example, most supplements include sodium caseinate. Any substance containing a word derived from casein is milk. This includes whey products, as whey is the waste produced during production of cheese products. Another hidden animal product is gelatin, which is rendered (boiled into mush) cow cartilage and hooves. Yum!

Raw Food Diet means eating pristine, natural state foods.

Pristine means free of human synthesized chemicals.

Natural State means as little processing as possible, as in eating a fresh tomato rather then chemicalized, volcanically heated, dead as a doornail tomato juice from a can.

Super Food Diet Defined

Eating a Super Food Diet takes the Pristine, Natural State, Vegan, Raw Food Diet to the next level. These foods are highly compatible with Alliesthesia, feeling full when you’ve eaten foods which contain all the nutrients you require to top off all your internal nutrient buckets and turn off your hunger signal.

In terms of Food Metabolism we covered above, eating a Super Food Diet revolves around foods which are nutrient dense and calorie sparse.

Many exist in a pre-digested form. Consider Pristine, Natural State, Raw Cacao (Chocolate). Correctly fermented Cacao is completely pre-digested, meaning microbes have converted the toxic, inedible green Cacao Bean, to a delicious brown Cacao Bean. Correctly fermented Cacao Beans are a great example of optimized Food Metabolism.

As eating correctly fermented Cacao Beans require very little digestive energy (as they’re pre-digested). The net huge amounts of energy and longevity substance. And since they are pre-digested, they produce low Metabolites (exhaust, waste material) to be eliminated.

Find the specific Super Foods that boost your energy and mood out the roof. Then go for a few days eating only these Super Foods.
