I found this Shakeology review on youtube.com by a SUPER adorable young lady who goes by the handle “ienjoybeingagal”… guess what, that makes two of us!
This young lady came across as being 100% totally sincere and that is something that really resonates with me, plus she is not a beachbody coach. Which to me means she is not receiving an incentive to promote Shakeology.
In my mind this means she is probably being honest… really? A honest youtube video review?
I know, shocking right! But she really did come across as being super sincere and super sweet, I really enjoyed it.
So here goes… For starters she was really on the fence with the whole Shakeology meal replacement program, mainly due to the cost. It comes in at a whopping 120 bucks, which is a pretty significant amount of moolah for most people.
She was really hoping for a Vanilla flavor but mentioned the CEO of beachbody came out saying that in order to make that they would have to stray from their wholesome, natural ingredient policy and that wasn’t something they were willing to do.
This is what made her ultimately take the plunge, since she felt this was an ethical company that stood by their products and would not let anything bad in them.
At first she just mixed it with water and wasn’t super pleased with it but later (after 3 days) got a blender and started using it with Almond milk and really enjoyed it. I agree, when I make my protein shakes and use water vs. my normal Almond milk (only when I really need to go to the grocery store!!) it just never tastes nearly as good. Once she made this transition she really enjoyed it.
Oh yeah, before I forget, she was able to get it for a few bucks less on eBay, not much, but every dollar counts and she was able to save like 5 bucks doing this.
Once she added the Almond milk she even said she felt ‘naughty’ because it tasted so great! Plus she noticed that she was able to perform much better while she was taking the Shakeology meal replacements.
She also felt “better” and “happier” as well, which she says is because she knew she was putting good things into her body.
Her final recommendation is that she really enjoys it, is going to keep it up and also says that if you are on fence to give it a try!

I’ve been looking for an honest review regarding Shakeology before and good thing I found this video here. I find her video about the product very reliable…real information and experience. I like it…ould definitely try Shakeology asap.
I totally agree on this video and I also recommend this product for those who wants to lose weight fast…I’ve been a Shakeology user for almost a month now and honestly I’ve been seeing great and quick results. I just lost 25lbs! Truly amazing!
Shakeology works because there’s more nutrition gram for gram than in the fake food which passes as groceries at supermarketings, including (so called) health food stores.
Your next upgrade is moving to Super Foods which are nutrient dense, calorie sparse… and also require very little energy to digest.
Eating “real food” is the only way to lose weight fast and forever.
Remember the axiom…
“You know how well you’re nourished by the number of hours you forget to eat.”
Search out foods where you… eat a little… and your satisfied fast and for hours…
You’re weight will melt away as a side effect of eating this type of decadent tasting food.
Great video you got there for Shakeology. After watching the video I was totally convinced with the product. For people like me who purchased different kind of diet pills or weight loss alternatives, we really need videos like this, real reviews from users. Its believable and helpful at the same time.
Thanks for posting this video.. I have yet to see this one.. As a beachbody coach I do have many customers getting great results with Shakeology. I do appreciate the a non biased view as it validates my product. BTW, the blog is great. Your ABOUT US page is quite a story. (would love a backlink and staying connected).
