Here’s why…

Imagine an airtight house with flexible walls. Fill this house with gas and it will balloon up, bulging it’s sides.

When people balloon it’s because more is going in their mouth than they can process and eliminate. The only place for this excess to go is out… on your belly, hips, thighs, arms…

There are two components to ballooning…

  1. Blood Gases
  2. Fat Cell Partitions

First you’ll get a simple explanation of both these components, then I’ll share a secret of how you can fix both for $1/month. You read that right.

I accidentally lost 4-5 inches in my waist in a week when I happened onto this trick.

Blood Gases

Normally your cells float together closely, separated by a thin sheet of water.

Eating foods digest they produce metabolites, waste products. Some of which are gases. When you’re relaxed, following Food Combining principles, eating a primarily Vegan Raw Food Diet and have moderate daily exercise, blood gases expunge (drain) through your lymphatic system then bowel… and all is well..

What happens when constantly stressed? Or you’re eating primarily cooked, animal and processed foods? Or you’re eating incompatible foods (less than perfect Food Combining)? Or you’re lax with your exercise?

You’re right! Blood Gases build up, ballooning you. Worse yet as Blood Gases build up, the thin water sheets between your cells are disrupted. Cellular inflow of water, oxygen and nutrients is reduced. Also cellular outflow of metabolites (toxins, waste) is reduced.

Any Oncologist with half a brain will tell you Cancer cells can only thrive in an oxygen starved environment.

You’re right again. Weight ballooning indicates increasing Blood Gases and decreasing cellular oxygenation. Also cells begin to starve for lack of nutrients. Cells begin to misfunction (incorrect division and replication) due to lack of water. Cells turn into backed up toilets from reduced elimination. Take all this together and ballooning is the perfect storm for Cancer…

Fat Cell Partitions

To make matters worse, eating downscale non-foods or anti-foods puts your body in emergency mode.

When a toxic substance enters your mouth, you’re body determines how bad the toxin will effect you, take stock of your available resources and determines if you can eliminate the toxin before you have organ damage, failure… or worse…

If the toxin can be eliminated, then out it goes.

If the toxin can’t be eliminated it’s partitioned in a fat cell to protect you.

This is why fasting is dangerous when you’re overweight.

Never, ever, ever fast for weight loss. And any quack who tells you too… well… do an about face and run for your life!

Popping Your Balloon

First up, eat well. Remember “Key #1: You know how well you’re nourished by the number of hours you forget to eat.”

Find foods you where you eat a little and you’re satisfied fast, for a long period.

Next up is water, drink well. For now, simply avoid any other fluids except pure filtered water and fresh vegetable juice. Best to avoid juicing sweet fruit, as it’s full of sugar.

Next up is exercise, move well. This includes deep breathing, bouncing, stroking (swimming) and running on a level surface.

Simple trick is to just walk as much as you can every day. Park at the edge of parking lots and walk to your destination. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. If you work in a cube, take a few minutes every hour to walk outside and breath some fresh air.

Now My Accidental Discovery

Drumroll please! Niacin. Yep you read that right. Old school B3. The kind that makes you flush.

Flushing means Lipolysis is happening. Lipolysis means fat cells are exploding. Fat cell walls are rupturing, which can be good or bad.

The good news – as fat cells explode, they breakdown and can be eliminated easily.

The bad news – the toxic load held in the fat cell is now liberated and circulating in your body.

Going to fast with this process can cause discomfort and possible organ damage.

Here’s your rule of thumb… If you’re flushing hurts, you’re going to fast, slow down.

And there’s more bad news… well challenging news…

You have to have the exact right type of Niacin. Some types produce no Lipolysis and some types contain substances which cause organ damage by themselves.

Googling Niacin gives nearly 14,600,000 results.

Amazon search turns up 1,849 results.

Make sure you are using a high quality Niacin, it is extremely important.

Niacin Flushing, The Easy Way

Never, ever, ever take a capsule of Niacin. The dosages are far to high. Take a whole capsule and you’ll feel discomfort ranging from a mild sunburn to a horrible sun burn with 10,000 ants stinging you… and it may last for hours…

Here’s the trick to taking Niacin is making Aqueous Niacin… or Niacin Water…

Open three 1000 mg, excipient free Niacin capsules into a quart container. Fill with water and shake. A quart is roughly 30 ounces of water with 3000 mg of Niacin, so each ounce of water contains 3000 mg/30 ounces = 100 mg of Niacin.

Use a shot glass and start with 1/2 an ounce of Niacin Water.

Keep this up till you have no flushing, then go up to 1 oz. of Niacin Water.

Then start increasing in 1 oz. increments. Anytime you have even mild flushing sensations, stay at this level till you have no flush. Only increase when you have no flush.
