You Know You’re On Track When…

Read the following carefully as temporary increases in weight can signal rapid weight loss is occurring. Confusing, yes?

Read on to understand Rapid Cycling of weight gain + weight loss.

Fat Cell Partitioning Revisited

Remember Fat Cell Partitioning (Weight Loss Versus Inch Loss) is a primary cause of weight gain.

As you uplevel your eating style (diet) you’ll eat more nutrients and less calories and Fat Cell Partitioning will stop further weight gain.

Using Niacin Water (Weight Loss Versus Inch Loss) begins clearing out old weight.

Water – Your Weight Loss Power Technology

Fat Cell Partitioning comes from two primary contributing factors.

Food quality + quantity is the first contributing factor.

Dehydration (incorrect water quality + quantity) is the second contributing factor. I’m constantly surprised how little water people drink and the ridiculously low amounts of water so called medical authorities say you should drink each day.

Key #7: You know how well your hydrated by your skin quality.

If your skin is tight, moist, smooth and elastic (snaps back quickly when you pinch yourself) you’re drinking enough water.

In fact most wrinkles come from dehydration and are reversed as hydration reaches optimal levels.

How Much Water Should You Drink?

First, keep in mind there’s a difference between fluids and water.

For example, soda is highly acidic. Drink one 8oz. serving of of soda and it will take from 50-80+ equal servings of pure water just to neutralize the acid pH spike created by the soda.

This is the same for any non-water fluid.

My weight is around 160 lbs. and my daily water intake is…

  • 1-2+ Gallons of pure water
  • High water content, Raw (uncooked) produce
  • Sometimes fresh vegetable juice
  • Sometimes fresh sour citrus (grapefruit) juice
  • Absolutely no non-water fluids
  • Absolutely no sweet fruit juice, like oranges or pineapples
  • Absolutely no cooked, white fluids like almond milk
  • Absolutely no cooked fruit or vegetable juices

Now about Rapid Cycling

Key #8: Rapid cycling is temporary water weight gain signaling the start of final weight loss.

You read this correctly. Weight Gain signaling Weight Loss.

Here’s how this works…

When your body senses an increase in pure water intake, tissue dilates (expands) to hold water next to fat cells holding toxins.

As these toxins dissolve, water begins to saturate with particles of these toxins.

When water in a particular area of tissue fully saturates, it’s expelled.

Think of stirring a large glass of water and pouring salt slowly in the top. As you pour in salt, it dissolves. As the water saturates it becomes cloudy with salt particles. When the water fully saturates, salt begins to precipitate out. /This looks like salt raining form the middle of the water forming a salt dome at the bottom of the glass.

As your tissue detoxifies your ability to uptake water will increase.

And your water capacity will increase.

This means you can absorb + hold water better, to accelerate tissue cleansing.

I’ve seen people gain, then lose 10% (10-20 lbs.) of their total weight in a 24 hour period.

How Long Does Rapid Cycling Take?

Rapid Cycling occurs for as long as required to complete deep cleansing of your tissue.

Experiment Set

  • Activity #1: Best rule of thumb, put your scales in the attic for six months.
  • Experiment #1: Target drinking 1-2oz of water/1 lb. of body weight every day. So 100-200oz water per 100 lbs. of body weight.

Note: If the water quantity suggested above is considerably more than you’ve been drinking, be sure to add a pinch of high quality pure salt to water you’re drinking. This will add a slight mineral component, to keep your electrolyte (small particle minerals) levels balanced.

About The Health Professor

Hey there, thanks for visiting! I am the main researcher here at Health Research News and have held that title for OVER 10 years!! I know, that is a very long time, and I have enjoyed all of it. I take great pride in helping other people. To learn about health, to give insights into what works and what doesn't, to make sure that people use products that work and not necessarily the ones that are "marketed well". There are lots of websites, resources, products and information on the web. My main goal as head researcher here is to wade through all that "noise"... expose what I feel are bad products and also help to recommend the ones that I think are good. Now I know opinions are exactly that... opinions. So I always encourage you to do plenty of research yourself (you can use mine as a starting point) and always follow your instinct! If it sounds too good to be true... well, it probably is! Again, thanks for visiting and please leave a comment - it is always GREAT to hear from all the different people who visit. ~ The Professor
